Three steps and you're riding

Message us and pick wineries

Tell us the date, group size, language and which wineries interest you. We plan the route around distances and opening hours, and make the bookings for you.

Pick up the bikes in Vistalba

Between 10:30 and 13:00, with your ID or passport. Arrive 30 to 40 minutes before your first booking so you ride without rushing. We hand you helmet, map and the tips of the day.

Ride and return

Up to 3 wineries in a day, about an hour and a half per visit. Return at the shop between 16:30 and 18:30, or for an extra fee we pick the bikes up at your last winery.

Rental and hours

What do I need to rent a bike?

An ID or passport and to be at least 18 years old.

When can I pick up my bike?

From 10:30 to 13:00.

When do I have to return the bike?

From 16:30 to 18:30.

Are there hourly or half-day rates?

No, we have a single flat rate. You can use the bike from 10:30 to 18:30.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash (pesos or US dollars), bank transfer, debit card, credit card, payment link and QR code.

Can I return the bike somewhere else?

Returns are at our shop. For an extra fee we can pick the bikes up at the last winery you visited.

Can I return the bike outside the stated hours?

No, it is not allowed and a penalty is charged if you do.

Can I rent if I'm on my own?

No, the minimum rental is two people, for the rider's safety.

Do you have bikes for children?

No, our bikes are 28" adult bikes. We don't have baby or child seats either.

The ride

Do I need to book the wineries?

Yes, most wineries require a booking. We do it for you: tell us which ones you'd like to visit and we build the best itinerary.

How many wineries can I visit in a day?

Making the most of the day, up to 3 wineries.

How long does each winery take?

About an hour and a half for a full tour and tasting.

Can I go to wineries that aren't your partners?

No. With our bikes you visit partner wineries only, choosing among the options offered.

Can I leave the route shown on the map?

No, riding outside the routes marked on the map is not allowed.

Is the area safe for cycling?

Yes. The routes are designed to look after our riders: most of the way runs on bike lanes and the rest on accessible paved streets.

What if something breaks on the bike during the ride?

Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone and we'll sort it out quickly so you can carry on enjoying the day.

What if I want to buy wine to take with me?

Our 28" city bikes have a basket, so you can carry your bottles comfortably. Mountain bikes have no basket.

How do I get to your shop to pick up the bikes?

By taxi, Uber, Cabify or bus line 700 (search "Vistalba Bikes" on Google Maps and choose the bus icon). We're 300 metres from the last stop.
